Elwood Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to handle advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placement in the branch. You will support top-line performance and branch operations while ensuring client expectations on attendance, attitude, and quality of work are met.

Daily duties include interviewing applicants, administering tests, processing paperwork, and maintaining strong communication with clients and associates. Join a team committed to integrity and results.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues with urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time orders.
• Interview applicants, decide on job assignments and offer positions.
• Administer pre-employment tests and record results.
• Process pre-employment paperwork accurately and in compliance.
• Make quality control calls to clients and associates for feedback.
• Make outbound sales calls to market candidates proactively.
• Update sales staff on order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary staff when needed.
• Ensure operations comply with policies and regulations.
