The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will manage onboarding, maintain candidate data, and build strong client relationships to fill openings quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards and referrals.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit.

• Handle onboarding paperwork and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS.
