LINK Staffing is seeking a bilingual Staffing Recruiter for our East Houston office. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a knack for moving job orders quickly while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, screen, and match candidates to openings, then guide them through onboarding and readiness steps. This in-office position emphasizes hands-on work with daily branch operations, client interactions, and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office support preferred.
• Strong phone, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving office.
• Driver's license, reliable transportation, and active insurance required for local client visits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates for open job orders.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews.
• Match candidates to jobs based on experience, availability, and fit.
• Help move candidates through onboarding and assignment readiness.
• Follow up with clients and field employees throughout the placement process.
• Keep ATS, CRM, and branch records accurate and up to date.
• Help fill openings quickly and support daily office activity.
