Job summary

Core Personnel Staffing is seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter for our Spring, TX location. You will source, screen, and place qualified candidates, build a robust talent pipeline, and partner with clients to understand staffing needs.

You will coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance, and maintain strong candidate relationships while supporting day-to-day branch operations in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of staffing or recruiting experience
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in a staffing agency environment is required
• Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Flexible and willing to work varying hours and days based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for available positions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide timely, effective solutions
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure required documentation and compliance processes are completed
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting and placement process
• Support day-to-day branch operations and staffing initiatives
• Help ensure successful placements and contribute to candidate retention
