XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a bilingual recruiter in Fort Worth, TX to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires English/Spanish proficiency, strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

The position offers on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus on-call duties. Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, dependent on experience, including benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Light industrial staffing agency experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills.
• Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and update job descriptions.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, availability, and client requirements.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with high-volume and light industrial staffing needs.
• Build professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Participate in on-call recruiting responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

** Position Overview **
