Bradley Personnel, Inc. is seeking an energetic recruiter in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English) with proven staffing experience and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Great work-life balance with standard hours Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include posting ads, sourcing candidates, attending career fairs, and guiding onboarding while building a robust talent pipeline for ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing and recruiting roles.
• Ability to manage the hiring stages (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients by communicating with applicants.
• Position candidates as Talent Acquisition Specialists for client needs.
• Post job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media.
• Source candidates through ATS and online platforms (Indeed).
• Attend job fairs and community events to build pipelines.
• Navigate onboarding processes (I-9, background checks, drug screen).
• Create a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
• Maintain detailed candidate records in ATS and evaluate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Build great rapport " _ second to none_ " with clients by constantly communicating with applicants.
• Become the candidate's "Talent Acquisition Specialist" by connecting them to the best client possible
• Post job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.
• Source and contact candidates through ATS system and online (Indeed)
• Attend job fairs, career fairs, and community events
• Complete onboarding process (I-9, drug screen, background inquiries, etc)
• Create a talent pipeline with high potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of candidates' information in ATS system, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service with quick job placement

Requirements

• Proven work experience in the staffing industry, specifically in a Recruiting role
• Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, etc)
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles.
• Knowledge of job boards and ATS.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
