Help At Home, LLC in Brooklyn, NY seeks a bilingual Staffing Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to support home care services. You will schedule HHAs/PCAs, document updates in HHA Exchange, supervise staff, and manage timesheets for payroll while ensuring excellent patient communication.

The on-site role is Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM). A high school diploma and 2+ years’ experience are required; bilingual Spanish or Creole skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of previous experience in care coordination or related roles.
• Bilingual Spanish or Creole skills preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign HHAs/PCAs to patient cases.
• Document notes and updates in HHA Exchange.
• Provide supervision and direction to HHA/PCA staff.
• Submit timesheets in HHA Exchange for payroll processing.
• Make daily calls to patients to ensure quality service.
• Assist in scheduling in-service trainings for HHAs/PCAs.
