Help at Home in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Staffing Coordinator to support our home care team. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a commitment to compassionate, client-focused service, with weekday hours and a 40-hour work week.

You will schedule Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, manage records in HHA Exchange, supervise staff, process timesheets for payroll, and maintain strong communication with patients and families to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign HHAs and PCAs to patient cases.
• Document notes and updates in HHA Exchange and maintain schedules.
• Provide supervision and direction to HHA/PCA staff.
• Submit timesheets for payroll processing.
• Make daily patient calls to ensure quality service.
• Support additional duties to assist the team.
