Job summary

Help At Home in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a bilingual Staffing Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to join our on-site team. You will schedule Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, manage schedules in HHA Exchange, and provide supervision and strong customer service to patients and families.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to coordinate with caregivers, clinical staff, and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign HHAs and PCAs to patient cases.
• Document notes and manage schedules in HHA Exchange.
• Supervise staff and provide direction.
• Process timesheets for payroll and coordinate training.
• Make daily patient calls to ensure service quality.
