Job summary

Lacey Train Staffing, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator in Lacey, WA. This role focuses on customer service and clerical duties, offering a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekends.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish and a valid driver’s license. The Staffing Coordinator will recruit, screen, onboard and place candidates, work with client managers, and maintain compliant records in Tempworks

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required with reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proficient problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Google products.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client hiring managers to understand needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to recruit candidates.
• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise and retain talent.
• Interview and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Develop a network of ready-to-work candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide prep.
