• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexible availability; may work 12-9 hours.
• Willing to answer emails and calls in evenings/days off.
• Professional and transparent communication; strong people skills.
• Experience in staffing; On Site recruiting or related.
• Proficient with computers; heavy use of Google Sheets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• On Site will orient new associates and show where time clocks and breakroom are.
• Maintain all employee records for SVMS and Swipejobs.
• Maintain accurate assignment roster and ensure all swipes and SVMS records are up to date.
• Close/open orders in Swipejobs as directed by customer in SVMS.
• Conduct onboarding paperwork and training per client requirements; add yearly retraining as needed.
• Assist associates and clients with issues and clock-in/out questions.
• Submit weekly timecards for supervisor approval.
