Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a bi-lingual Staffing Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce coordination. You will help connect job seekers with opportunities and maintain candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, has 1+ year in customer service or administration, and is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within staffing and HR.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience in staffing or HR is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate employee records and tracking systems.
Coordinate hiring events and orientations; ensure policy compliance.
Serve as a primary contact for candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Assist in addressing inquiries with professionalism and care; ensure regulatory compliance.
