ClickUp in the AMER region is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager - Customer Success to blend strategic account leadership with deep product and AI enablement. This role will own onboarding, adoption, health, and expansion while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to drive measurable business outcomes.

You must be bilingual in English and Portuguese and excel at guiding customers through a scalable, value-driven journey using ClickUp's AI capabilities and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
• Strong technical understanding of ClickUp platform, automation, integrations, and AI features.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
• Structured discovery to map customer needs into ClickUp solutions.
• Ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with dashboards and metrics to communicate health and ROI.
• Excellent communication to build trust with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• New Customer Onboarding: lead end-to-end onboarding and solution design.
• Account Health & Engagement: monitor adoption, stakeholder alignment, and health.
• Process Optimization & Solution Design: map business processes to ClickUp solutions.
• AI Enablement & Agent Deployment: drive adoption of ClickUp AI and custom agents.
• Customer Success & Expansion: identify opportunities for renewals and upsells.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Support.
