Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in‑home therapy and clinic visits for ages 0–21, following physician orders and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Texas licensure, CCC‑SLP, and pediatric/home health experience; Spanish bilingualism is a plus. We offer strong mentorship, generous benefits, and a therapist‑owned environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders.
• Define patients degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral‑motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventions.
• Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy program.
• May provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech-Language Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experience.
