Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Special Education Teacher to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and families to provide individualized instruction and parent counseling training (PCT). You will create individualized learning and behavior interventions in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to children with developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement customized behavioral intervention plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in special education and ABA practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Certified Special Education Teachers
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience teaching individuals with developmental disabilities
• Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking.
• Proven experience in providing special education services.
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills
