The salary for this position is $44,000 along with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus.

The Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. Teachers provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students’ individual needs. Teachers monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system. They work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to support student learning goals. Teachers typically work from home but must travel occasionally for school functions, such as state testing.

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently for 40+ hours per week, maintaining a professional home office environment during standard hours (e.g., 8-5). The role may require travel up to 20% for professional development and testing.
