Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Salem, OR to engage customers, explain AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced store environment.

You will earn a strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, receive ongoing paid training, and have opportunities for advancement. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and employee discounts on devices and service plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
