Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Petaluma, CA to engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide them through the buying process. The role offers strong base pay, uncapped commissions, and ongoing training in a fast-paced store in a growing national retailer network.

You will meet sales goals, deliver outstanding service, and participate in marketing events while developing skills for future growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
