Job summary

My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with 240+ locations across the United States. We seek a Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on AT&T products, guide them through the buying process, and deliver outstanding service in a dynamic retail setting.

You will receive ongoing paid training and have opportunities for growth, with uncapped commission when sales goals are met. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage with My Wireless customers, educating them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
