UW Credit Union is hiring a Spanish bilingual Full-Time Teller for the Fish Hatchery branch. You will greet members, handle teller transactions, and promote UW products aligned with members' financial goals. Build trustworthy member relationships and contribute to team success.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of customer service experience, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the branch team to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Confidence with cash handling and transactions.
• Interpersonal skills for diverse members.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at our Fish Hatchery branch.
• Meet performance goals per Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow Cash Management policies and investigate errors.
