Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for a global electronics leader.
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with troubleshooting, installations, and inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain knowledge of electronics trends, hardware specs, and software updates.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added advice and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
• Represent the brand as a premium ambassador.
