Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderators with Spanish language experience for project-based, temporary, or part-time work to develop and grow digital communities for well-known brands. Flexibility includes 24/7 shifts and both US-based or UK-based candidates are welcome.

Ideal candidates are native Spanish speakers with strong cultural knowledge, brand-voice alignment, and proven social media moderation experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of Spanish pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates).
• Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and grow digital communities for brands on project-based work.
• Engage with users in English and Spanish, maintaining brand voice.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including 24/7 availability if needed.
• Collaborate with teams on moderation for live streams where applicable.
