Social Factor is seeking moderators with native-level Spanish for project-based, temporary or part-time work. Flexible schedules are available, including 24/7 shifts for early birds or night owls. Work will involve engaging with social communities for well-known brands and ensuring brand voice consistency.

Ideal candidates have live moderation experience, knowledge of major platforms, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-growing agency. US- or UK-based candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
• Ability to mirror voice and tone of multiple brands.
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language test may be administered.
• Experience in social media moderation is required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus.
• High energy and proactive approach; able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
