Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderators with Spanish language experience for project-based, temporary or part-time roles. Some work is 24/7, so you could be an early bird or a night owl. You will help develop social communities for well-known brands and engage in both English and Spanish across major platforms.

We welcome US- or UK-based candidates for this role, with emphasis on strong moderation skills, brand voice alignment, and reliable internet and device setup. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, slang, and references.
• Able to mirror brand voice and engage with users across brands.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; familiarity with major platforms.
