Social Factor is seeking skilled moderators with Spanish language experience to work on a project-based, temporary or part-time basis. Roles involve building and moderating digital communities for well-known brands with flexible schedules, including some 24/7 shifts.

Candidate must be US- or UK-based, with native Spanish, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with major platforms. Live stream moderation is a plus; AI tools may be used for practice, not in live conversations.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of the Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of Spanish-language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Experience with social media moderation.
• Ability to mirror brand voice in comments.
• Knowledge of major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
