Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily retail store operations, merchandising, product launches and sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls, and participate in promotional activities and best-in-class training that prepares you for leadership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily store operations alongside a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales goals.
• Ensure customers experience best-in-class services and support.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service targets.
