Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with a store manager in Florida to oversee daily operations, merchandising and product launches, and to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, champion performance, and help achieve service and sales goals.

The role includes participation in a paid training program to support leadership success, with opportunities to grow within AT&T’s retail network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
