Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at a Florida location. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals while ensuring customers receive best-in-class services and experiences.

You will drive merchandising, product launches, and initiatives to meet sales objectives, with comprehensive training and opportunities for career growth within AT&T's retail network.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
