Job summary

LINK Staffing in North Houston is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. You will coordinate recruiting, client service, and workforce placement while connecting qualified candidates with meaningful opportunities.

You’ll work with English and Spanish speakers, manage multiple priorities, and own outcomes in a fast-paced office environment, supporting clients and field staff throughout assignments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruiting, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local visits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, partnerships, and events.
• Manage postings, candidate flow, and activity in recruiting systems.
• Coordinate assignments and match candidates to client job orders.
• Conduct check-ins with field staff and clients.
• Build client relationships and respond to staffing needs.
• Provide assignment details to field staff.
• Maintain records for candidates, employees, clients, assignments, and timesheets.
• Conduct safety orientations and reinforce safety expectations.
• Assist with job fairs, events, and outreach.
• Support growth through candidate marketing and sales leads.
• Work toward branch recruiting and performance goals.
