Job summary

WEX Inc. is seeking a Spanish-speaking collections professional to manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails in a fast-paced environment. You will negotiate for immediate payment, resolve delinquent balances, and educate customers on terms and alternative payment methods.

Role requires 1–2 years in a related field and experience with skip tracing, basic accounting, and Google Sheets. You will handle multiple portfolios while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish required.
• High School Diploma with 1–2 years in a related field.
• At least 1 year in transportation industry customer support.
• Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge.
• Analytical and judgment skills.
• Confidentiality of information must be maintained.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbond collection calls.
• Work emails in a shared inbox.
• Negotiate to obtain immediate payment and resolve balances.
• Educate customers on terms and alternative payment methods.
• Manage multiple portfolios and risk levels.
• Use multiple systems/tools to reach a decision maker.
• Skip tracing on required accounts as needed.
