All Seniors Foundation in Los Angeles County seeks a Bilingual Spanish Patient Advocate to guide Spanish-speaking seniors through Medi-Cal, IHSS, hospice, and other benefits. You will translate, advocate, and help families make informed healthcare decisions, visiting homes and coordinating with clinics.
You’ll document interactions in our case-management system, build trust with communities, and participate in outreach at churches and senior housing, delivering compassionate, no-cost services.
