Salem Media - Portland is seeking a Bi-lingual Spanish Media Strategist / Account Executive to join our on-air and digital sales team. You will cultivate local Hispanic businesses, sell multi-media marketing solutions including radio, digital and podcasts, and manage accounts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish with cultural sensitivity.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in on-air and online media.
Knowledge of digital products and how they're positioned and sold.
Experience selling SEM, SEO, Display, OTT/CTV, social media, Email Marketing, Website Development.
Ability to segment businesses to prospect.
Experience conducting in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication for multi-solution presentations.
Experience developing local/regional marketing strategies.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect local, regional and national businesses; reach decision makers, set meetings, analyze needs, and deliver strategic advertising presentations.
Research local digital marketing trends and opportunities.
Create and present strategic marketing proposals for key accounts and new business decision makers.
Accurately project revenues, meet and exceed monthly budgets for all product lines and exceed annual goals.
