Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish: speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Typing accuracy 50 wpm.
• Experience with a case management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Compliance Information for Audit by Fund Sources.
• Attend and record minutes of all office staff meetings.
• Prepare monthly Manager’s Reports.
• Provide legal secretarial support to assigned advocates; prepare pleadings and correspondence.
• General secretarial duties: file, type, mail and coordinate with clients.
• Screen applicants for client eligibility by telephone and enter data into the Case Management System.
• Maintain cash receipts log and branch office forms files.
• Manage office supplies and storage room; monitor postage meters.
