Job summary

Qualifications

College graduate or equivalent preferred.
Prior customer service experience.
Fluency in the Spanish language: speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

Maintains Compliance Information for Audit by Fund Sources.
Attends and records minutes of all office staff meetings.
Prepares monthly Manager’s Reports
Litigation Support: Provides legal secretarial support to assigned advocates and prepares case pleadings and correspondence.
General Secretarial Duties: Prepare correspondence, typing, and scheduling of appointments.
Screens Applicants for Client Eligibility by Telephone and enters data into the Case Management System.
Maintains the cash receipts log including client donations.
Keeps office forms files stocked with current forms.
Monitors supplies and posts, coordinates with Bookkeeper as needed.
Supports PAIs and other duties as assigned.
