Job summary

The non-exempt, full-time role supports multiple practice areas and coordinates with attorneys and paralegals. Bilingual Spanish ability and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent preferred; secretarial coursework beneficial.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Typing accuracy of 50 wpm and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Compliance Information for Audit by Fund Sources.
• Attends and records minutes of all office staff meetings.
• Prepares monthly Manager’s Reports.
• Screen Applicants for Client Eligibility by Telephone and enter data into the Case Management System.
• Manage cash receipts log and branch office forms files.
• Provide general referrals and open mail, greeting visitors, and route calls.
• Assist with schedule coordination and related intake duties.
