Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure documents from customers.
• Handle incoming calls from customers.
• Document each customer contact.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and emails with customers and update information.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Respond to inquiries, cancellations, and sales requests within a timeframe.
