Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, at-home experiences for customers in Napa and surrounding California markets. You will close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and seamless tech delivery, earning uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

Paid training, a company vehicle for official use, and ongoing coaching help you grow. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in commission/outside sales and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission and outside sales experience required.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and close deals.
• Provide hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery to customers.
• Engage customers with strong negotiation to achieve sales targets.
• Schedule and conduct appointments; connect with warm prospects provided by AT&T.
• Complete required background checks and drug screening as part of hiring.
