AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white‑glove experiences directly to customers’ homes across California. You’ll work independently, closing deals through hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery while earning uncapped commissions.

Starting salary ranges with a total earning potential between $61,800 and $100,000, depending on geography, experience, and performance. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available, with paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission/outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building rapport.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers daily and engage with warm prospects in the field.
• Engage in hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery to close sales.
• Attend scheduled appointments and maintain customer relationships in the territory.
