AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join our team in California. You will work independently in the field, engaging customers through scheduled appointments and hands-on demos, delivering Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.

We offer paid training, uncapped commission potential, and a starting salary range with strong earning potential, with top earners reaching six figures including commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Connect with our existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to guide customers to the best solution and achieve sales targets.
• Receive paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy and independent in the field.
