Job summary

AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team in California. You will meet customers at scheduled appointments, deliver hands-on demos, and promote the latest technology and services with uncapped commission potential.

Successful candidates will have 1+ years in commission/outside sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license, with a company vehicle provided for business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to close deals through hands-on demos and consultative selling.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid training to prepare for field work.
• Engage with customers daily via scheduled appointments in the field.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to close sales and meet targets.
