Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences and close deals on the spot with hands-on demos and service evaluations. You will be engaging warm prospects from scheduled appointments, driving Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery while maintaining customer connections.

New reps receive paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy. Expect varied hours including evenings and weekends, with uncapped commission potential and a top-earning opportunity

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for business use.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized in-home sales interactions.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Work independently to connect with customers at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Engage in ongoing training and coaching to stay tech‑savvy and achieve sales goals.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
