AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences and close deals through demos and service delivery. This role offers uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching six figures and a starting range that reflects geography and experience.

You will work independently, attend paid training, engage warm prospects via scheduled appointments, and use negotiation and communication skills to meet sales targets while representing AT&T with integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful background check including drug screening and driving history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Use strong negotiation and communications skills to meet sales targets.
