AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative in the San Diego area to drive personalized in-home sales. You will conduct scheduled appointments, demonstrate latest technology, upsell services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase value.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes and deliver personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments and delivery.
• Provide issue resolutions and keep customers connected to priorities.
• Maintain scheduled appointments and achieve sales goals with coaching access.
