Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will engage customers at scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demonstrations, and tailor solutions to meet their needs, driving sales and service adoption in Spokane, WA.

The role offers uncapped commission with top earners reaching six figures, and a starting range of $61,800–$100,000 depending on geography and experience. Training, support, and a company vehicle are provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience required.
• Outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in scheduled appointments and in-home visits.
