AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences and drive growth in assigned markets. You will engage customers through scheduled appointments, present hands-on demos, and close deals with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Training and continuous coaching support your success. Expectations include a track record in commission sales, the ability to upsell, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in commission-based roles.
• Strong upselling skills to increase customer value.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use only.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check, drug screen and MVR required.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers in home and field settings to drive sales.
• Deliver personalized, white-glove experiences and present AT&T products.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and service delivery.
• Attend paid training and participate in ongoing coaching and learning.
• Engage with warm prospects from scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
