Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive personalized in-home sales experiences across California. You will engage customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments to keep customers connected to what matters most.

Starting salary ranges from $61,800 to $100,000 with uncapped commission potential, plus extensive benefits. Training is provided and a company vehicle is available for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and meeting targets.
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to drive.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and service delivery.
• Resolve issues and ensure customers stay connected with AT&T solutions.
• Meet sales targets and drive upsell opportunities.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
