Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right products. You will resolve concerns, stay informed on product features, and help drive store sales while maintaining high standards.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process transactions, stock and tint products, and support deliveries as needed. Strong English (and Spanish) communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and speak English; Spanish proficiency required.
• Must have valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Stock shelves, pull products, tint and mix as needed.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory procedures.
• Assist in deliveries when required.
