Job summary

Valto, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be based in Channahon, IL, fluent in English and Spanish.

You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, provide product information, and serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless experience from order entry to delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in customer service, an associate’s degree or higher, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Associates degree or higher preferred; experience in customer service or sales support helps.
• Experience with CRM and order-entry systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
• Process orders, pricing requests, quotations, and account info accurately and timely.
• Communicate product information, availability, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor order status, shipment, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
