Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Accurately process customer orders, pricing requests, quotations, and account information in a timely manner
• Communicate product information, availability, pricing, and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
• Monitor order fulfillment, shipment status, and delivery performance for continuous updates to customers
• Maintain customer data, records, documentation, and CRM information with accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
