Job summary

MCI is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to join our Savannah, GA team. You will provide customer support across various programs, handling product and service inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and managing account-related requests.

This is an on-site, full-time role with client-specific schedules. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills, data-entry ability, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using computers for data entry and customer support activities.
• Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
